Refund Policy

AERVUE operates as a factory-direct B2B supplier. Our refund and return policy is designed to be fair and transparent for wholesale and OEM buyers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Types

Our refund policy differs by order type:

🔬 Sample Orders (10–50 units)

Sample orders are eligible for replacement or store credit if products arrive with manufacturing defects or damage caused during transit. Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting photo or video evidence.

📦 Bulk / Wholesale Orders (50+ units)

All bulk orders undergo quality inspection before shipment. Once goods have been shipped and received, we do not accept returns unless there is a verified manufacturing defect affecting a significant portion of the shipment. Defect claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

🏭 OEM / Custom Orders

Custom-branded or firmware-modified products are manufactured specifically for the buyer and are non-refundable once production has commenced. Any quality issues will be handled through replacement of defective units only.

2. Eligible Reasons for Refund or Replacement

We will process a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • Products received are significantly different from the agreed specification
  • Manufacturing defects confirmed by our technical team
  • Goods damaged during transit (supported by carrier documentation)
  • Wrong items shipped due to our picking error

3. Non-Eligible Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Buyer's change of mind after order confirmation
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modification
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product function
  • Claims raised after the stated claim window
  • Products purchased through third-party resellers
  • Regulatory or customs clearance issues in the buyer's country

4. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a defect or return claim, please contact us within the applicable claim window:

Please include the following in your claim:

  • Order number and date
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence of defects
  • Number of affected units

Our team will respond within 2 business days with a resolution.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit toward a future order, at the buyer's preference. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All AERVUE products undergo quality inspection before shipment. We are committed to resolving any genuine quality issues promptly and fairly. Our goal is long-term partnership — we stand behind our products.
