What certifications do your products carry? Certification requirements vary by product and target market. If your program requires specific CE, FCC, or other regulatory documentation, please contact us with your requirements — we can advise on certification status and support for your target market.
What frequency bands do your VTX products cover? We carry VTX transmitters across five frequency bands: 1.2GHz, 1.7GHz, 3.3GHz, 5.8GHz, and 7.2GHz. Power levels range from 800mW to 15W.
Which FPV camera is best for night operations? For night and low-light operations, we recommend the RATEL PRO or RATEL PRO+. Both feature starlight sensors with minimum illumination of 0.000001 lux and F1.0 lenses.
Do your thermal cameras require an export license? Export regulations for thermal imaging products vary by country and resolution. Buyers are solely responsible for verifying export control requirements in their jurisdiction.
Are your products compatible with standard FPV goggles and monitors? Yes. All our FPV cameras output standard CVBS analog video, compatible with virtually all analog FPV goggles and monitors. VRX receivers output 75Ω composite video.
What input voltage range do your products support? Most FPV cameras support DC 5–40V. VTX units typically accept 7–36V, with high-power models (10W+) requiring 13–36V. VRX receivers accept 7–36V.
OEM / ODM
Do you offer OEM / custom branding? Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM services including custom logo, firmware modification, custom packaging, and labelling. Available from MOQ 20 units.
What is the MOQ for OEM orders? OEM MOQ starts from 20 units for most products. Custom firmware modifications may require higher minimum quantities depending on development scope.
Can you modify product firmware for our application? Yes, firmware customization is available for selected products. Common modifications include frequency locking, power level restrictions, and channel presets.

How long does an OEM order take? Standard OEM orders typically take 2–3 weeks after design approval. Orders requiring firmware modifications may take 4–6 weeks depending on complexity.
Can you help with product design or custom hardware? For custom hardware development, we can discuss ODM projects on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping
Which countries do you ship to? We ship to 40+ countries worldwide. Primary markets include the EU, US, UK, Australia, Canada, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Latin America.
How long does shipping take? Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 3–5 business days worldwide. Economy air freight: 7–14 business days. Sea freight: 20–40 days for large volume orders.
What does EXW pricing mean? EXW (Ex Works) means our quoted prices cover the goods only — shipping, insurance, customs duties, and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Do you provide customs documentation? Yes. We provide full commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin for all export shipments. CE/FCC certificates and technical datasheets available upon request.
How quickly do orders ship after payment? Standard in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Sample orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) and PayPal for international orders. For large orders, we can also discuss L/C arrangements.
Do you require a deposit for bulk orders? For standard stock orders, we typically require 100% payment before shipment. For large bulk orders (500+ units) or OEM orders, we may accept a 30–50% deposit with the balance due before shipping.
Are prices quoted inclusive of VAT? No. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. For export orders, no VAT is applied. Import VAT and duties in the buyer's country are the buyer's responsibility.
Do you offer credit terms for repeat buyers? Credit terms may be available for established long-term customers. Please
